Our CEO Chuck Bove recently had the opportunity to have a chat with Presidential Candidate and Eco Warrior Powerhouse, Tulsi Gabbard. Tulsi helped obtain $3 million in federal funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, to aid in drinking water infrastructure in Puna region of Hawaii. Additionally she assisted in obtaining a $20 million research grant for UH and also secured $6.5 million for groundwater pollution protection programs in Hawaii’s rural communities and nationwide. We believe its safe to say that Tulsi is an excellent candidate, and truly has the well being of the people at heart and in the forefront of her campaign!
